We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors use this website. Vercel Web Analytics is cookie-free and uses aggregated website usage data such as page views, referrers, approximate location, device type, browser, and operating system. We do not use website analytics to collect resident records, staff records, or facility operational data.

Retention

We keep demo-request and communication records for as long as needed to respond to the request, manage the business relationship, maintain security records, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Rate limiting and server-log records are kept only as long as needed for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.

Data security

Facility data

OshriKa operates on-premises within your facility's network. All operational data (alerts, device logs, staff records) remains under your facility's custody and control. OshriKa provides health-sector-grade security controls including encryption at rest and in transit, comprehensive audit trails, and role-based access to support your facility's compliance with applicable privacy requirements. Your facility, as data custodian, determines which regulations apply and configures the system accordingly.

Website demo requests should not include resident records, staff records, clinical information, or facility operational data. If you need to discuss sensitive information, contact OshriKa first so the appropriate communication channel can be agreed.

Your rights
